Privacy Policy

LuX Web Designs is a web design business operated by LuX Ventures LLC, based in Piermont, NY. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at luxwebdesigns.com.

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Business name (optional)
• Your message

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Discuss potential projects
• Follow up on consultations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are sent to our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, where they are stored so we can respond to and keep track of your enquiry. A copy may also be delivered to us by email and retained in our business records for client communication.

This website loads GoHighLevel’s External Tracking script on every page. It records how you arrived at the site and which pages you viewed, and links that to an enquiry if you submit the contact form, so we know which marketing is working. It may set cookies or use similar browser storage to recognise a returning visit.

The site also uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies to tell visits apart and reports aggregate usage to Google. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad retargeting. If advertising tools are added in future, this policy will be updated before they go live.

This website uses:

• Vercel: website hosting and delivery
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): customer relationship management, website visit tracking and contact form processing
• Google Analytics: anonymous visit statistics
• Resend: transactional email delivery for contact form submissions

Fonts are served from this website rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not send a request to an external font provider. These services may collect anonymous technical data according to their own privacy policies.

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information from our records

To make a request, contact us at luca@luxwebdesigns.com.
