Local SEO Services
Show up when someone nearby searches for what you do, in the map pack and in the results below it.
How I approach it
Local SEO
In local search, proximity, prominence and relevance decide the map pack, and most of the work happens off your website: your Google Business Profile, the consistency of your name, address and phone number across the web, and your review profile.
What’s included
- Google Business Profile setup, categories and service areas
- Name, address and phone consistency across the directories that matter
- Location and service pages that give Google something relevant to rank
- Local business structured data so your details are machine-readable
- Review generation that fits how you already talk to customers
- Monthly reporting on calls, direction requests and search visibility
Local SEO in Rockland County
I'm based in Piermont, so Rockland County SEO is the work I do closest to home. Search here is split by village and hamlet: someone in Pearl River and someone in Haverstraw see different map results for the same search, because Google favours businesses near the person searching. So the work starts with the places you serve.
In practice that means the right Google Business Profile category, a service area that matches where you work, a clear page for each main service, and reviews that arrive steadily rather than in a burst. The Rockland County page covers the towns I serve and how I work locally, and local SEO for Rockland County businesses is a plain guide to where to start.

Questions
Straight Answers
How long does local SEO take to work?
Google Business Profile changes can move within days to a few weeks. Ranking improvements on the website side generally take three to six months, because they depend on Google recrawling, reassessing and building confidence in the site.
Do I need local SEO if I already have a website?
A website alone rarely wins the map pack, because the map pack is driven mostly by your Google Business Profile and your citation and review profile. Those need direct work.
What if I serve customers at their location instead of mine?
Then you are a service-area business. The profile gets configured with service areas rather than a storefront address, and the site needs genuine pages for the areas you cover, not one page with town names swapped in.

What Clients Say
I've hired Luca for multiple projects, and even referred him to friends. He not only delivers projects on time, but he knows both the development and marketing side of things, which is rare. Highly recommend him.
Everyone I've talked to loves the design. We ran a test and it converted at 6.8% after 670 visitors. Not a bad start!
Luca actually sat down with me and explained everything in plain English. No tech jargon, no runaround. I finally have a website I'm proud to show my clients.
