Tech & systems help

Less admin. More time back.

I'm Luca. I take the busywork off Rockland, Bergen and Westchester business owners: the retyping, the chasing, the tools that don't talk.

The busywork

Sound Familiar?

IT companies look after laptops, networks and security, and web agencies build websites. That leaves the tools you run the week on: QuickBooks, the calendar, the CRM, the forms and the spreadsheets. When they don’t connect, someone on your team types the same order or contact in twice.

Send me the problem. I fix it, or I build the system so it stops happening. Most owners get back 5+ hours a week.

What clients send me

  • QuickBooks and the CRM don't talk.
  • We retype every order into a spreadsheet.
  • The website form goes nowhere.
  • Nobody knows the passwords.
  • Onboarding a new hire takes a week.
  • I want a report every Monday without having to build it each time.

How it works

From First Call to Monthly Help

You know what I will do and what it costs before anything starts.

  1. Free 15 minute call

You tell me what is eating your week, and I tell you whether I can fix it. If I can't, I'll say so.

  2. Time Back Review

We sit down together and go through the tools you use and the jobs that get done twice. You get a written 30/60/90 day plan, and it is useful even if you never hire me.

    What the review covers
  3. Ongoing monthly help

You pay one flat monthly fee and send one request at a time, such as a fix or a connection between two tools. When it is done, you send the next. You can pause anytime.

Know before you call

What I Don't Do

Some jobs belong with an IT firm. If yours is one of them, I'll tell you on the first call and point you to one.

  • Network cabling
  • Laptop and computer repair
  • Cybersecurity monitoring

Questions

Straight Answers

Is this IT support?

No. I don't do network cabling, laptop repair or cybersecurity monitoring. Those need an IT firm, and I will point you to one. I work on the tools you run the business with: the CRM, QuickBooks, the calendar, the website forms, the spreadsheets, and how they pass information to each other.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Describe the problem in your own words, the way you would to a friend. I work out what is going on and show you how the fix works once it is done.

What does it cost?

The Time Back Review is a fixed fee, and you hear it on the free call before you agree to anything. If you sign up for ongoing help afterwards, the review fee is credited toward it. Ongoing help is one flat monthly fee. Bigger builds, like a custom app, are quoted separately before any work starts.

Do you work in person?

Yes. I'm based in Piermont, NY, so most of Rockland, Bergen and Westchester is a short drive. The review works best at your desk, where the busywork happens. Video works too if that is easier.
