The Time Back Review
A sit-down review of the tools you run your business on and where your week goes. It ends with a written 30/60/90 day plan to get the busywork off your desk.
What happens
From First Call to Written Plan
Most owners get back 5+ hours a week.
A free 15 minute call first
We check this is a fit before you commit to anything, and you hear the fixed fee on that call.
We sit down together
At your office or over video, we go through every tool you use and the jobs that fill your week, especially what gets typed twice or chased by hand.
I write it up
I turn what we found into a written 30/60/90 day plan that says what to fix first and which tools to connect.
The plan is yours
You can work through it yourself or have me do it. If you sign up for ongoing help, the review fee is credited toward it.
What you get
A Plan You Can Act On
The review is a fixed fee, and you hear it on the free call before you agree to anything. The plan is written to be useful even if you never hire me. If you do sign up for ongoing help afterwards, the review fee is credited toward it.
You leave with
- A map of every tool you use and how information moves between them
- Where your time leaks, starting with the jobs that cost you the most
- A written 30/60/90 day plan in plain English
- The quick fixes you can make in the first month
- The review fee credited toward ongoing help if you sign up
Who it is for
Is This You?
A good fit if
- You own or run a small business in Rockland, Bergen or Westchester
- You or your staff type the same information into more than one place
- You follow up on leads and invoices from memory
- You pay for tools that don't talk to each other
Not the right fit if
- You need a laptop fixed, a network wired or security monitored. That is an IT firm's job, and I can point you to one.
Questions
Straight Answers
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing formal. Have the logins for the tools you use day to day, or someone nearby who has them, and a rough idea of the jobs that annoy you most.
Is the review useful if I never hire you?
Yes. The plan is written down so you or anyone else can work through it, and it is yours to keep.
What happens if I want help after the review?
We move to ongoing monthly help, one request at a time, starting with the first items on your plan. The review fee is credited toward it.
