The situation

Where It Started

An established hardwood-flooring contractor bought laser-cleaning equipment and wanted to sell restoration: floors, but also furniture, stone, engine parts, anything with a finish. Two problems: customers had no idea what laser restoration was, and the shop had no way to answer enquiries fast enough to book them.

What we built

  • A Meta lead campaign built on before-and-after close-ups and short video of the laser working, because the product had to be explained before it could be sold
  • Creative rotated on a schedule as frequency rose, which is why cost per lead fell instead of climbing as the campaign aged
  • Facebook lead forms synced into the CRM, tagged by source and by service so the team could see what each person asked for
  • An AI assistant that gathers details and photos, gives an estimate range and hands qualified enquiries to the owner
  • Equipment rental as a second revenue line: online booking, deposit on reservation, shared calendar to stop double bookings
  • Repair of the site's Google rankings after a migration broke slugs, leaving 12 not-found pages and 11 indexing errors

Reading these numbers properly

  • These are lead-form submissions and opened conversations, not bookings, jobs or customers. What converted lives in the CRM and is not counted here.
  • From March the campaign held at roughly $300 a month, usually for around 60 leads (May was the exception, at 28): a small fixed budget producing a predictable flow.
  • The business also ranks first organically for its main restoration term locally, so the paid and organic sides reinforce each other.
